Damage to your laptop’s display? We know it happens. Whether it’s been dropped, accidentally closed too hard or fallen victim to the kids or pets.

We have replaced hundreds of laptop screens here at Clean Bytes, and understand how important it is that our customers aren’t without their laptops for too long. This why we ensure that as soon as the part is received, we aim to have the laptop ready for collection the same day.

Our Laptop Screen Replacement service costs £30.00. This is a fixed fee for ALL labour involved and any replacement parts will be charged separately. 

We provide a free quote (sourcing the best deal to help save you money) then once we get the go ahead, the replacement part is ordered and fitted it as soon as it arrives.

Usual turnaround is 2-3 days but can depend on availability and shipping times. A finalised quote will be provided once we know the make / model of laptop.

What Happens Next?

There is some information we require beforehand in order for us to provide you with an accurate quote:

  • Make and Model of the laptop

This can be found on the underside of the laptop, usually located on a sticker (see the example below)

Laptop ID Tag

If you are unable to find the model number using this method, then you can try the following:

  • Search for ‘System Information’ on your Windows Start menu

Or

  • Copy and paste the following into a Command Prompt window:

wmic csproduct get name

The Command Prompt window will then display the ‘name’ or model number of your laptop.

We will also need to know if the display is touchscreen to ensure we include all parts necessary for the repair. Once we have this information and you are happy with the quote, we will go ahead and order the part and contact you when it arrives. You will then be contacted again once your laptop is ready for collection.
